If your item arrives defective we will provide provide a free return shipping label and we will replace or fix your item.
Custom orders may not be returned. However, if there is an issue with your piece we will provide a shipping label and we will work with you to ensure any issue with your hand created custom item is fixed. This does not include sizing issues as any sizing questions will have been discussed prior to placing any custom orders.
We will accept returns for store credit for non custom pieces. Returns must be sent within 10 days of arrival otherwise we will no longer except the return for store credit.
